Travel Specialist

To sell luxury worldwide holidays and offer impeccable service to my clients is a dream come true.

About me

I've loved travel from a very young age and was lucky enough to travel with my family to much of Europe as a child. Working for Inspiring Travel is a dream come true for anyone with a bit of an addiction to travel and I've been blessed to see some amazing places while I've been here; my ‘go to’ list is just getting longer though!

My travel specialism

My specialist destinations reside in the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean, including St Vincent & Grenadines, St Kitts & Nevis and the British Virgin Islands – as well as more popular spots in Barbados and Antigua. However, I’ve travelled extensively from Dubai to Mauritius, the Seychelles, the Maldives, Tenerife, Greece, Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland and Italy.

My most memorable travel experience

There are too many to choose from! Flying under San Francisco’s spectacular Golden Gate Bridge in a helicopter was a super special moment because you can’t do it anymore. Tipsy tennis at Necker Island in the BVI’s was also something that I will never forget.

My favourite destination: Seychelles

In terms of where's special to me, there are just too many to pinpoint! But if I were pushed for an answer, then my all-time favourite holiday spot is North Island in the Seychelles. With just 11 decadent suites, pristine deserted beaches and an endless supply of freshly caught seafood, you’re in pure luxury and absolute heaven at all times!

My favourite hotel: Calabash

I love Calabash because it’s family-owned and has a very authentic feel. Not only that, but you’re very much catered to, from checking in at the start of your holiday to checking out at the end.

I know that if I send a client here, they’ll be well looked after. One time during Christmas, a client of mine had their room flooded. So, the hotel did everything they could to ensure their experience was exceptional. The on-property family owners are aware of everything and don’t just let their staff deal with all the tasks. They jump in and help out themselves too.

There are only a finite number of places that if you send somebody there won’t be any issues whatsoever – and Calabash is one of them.

Service commitment from you:

My service is all about building trust. I always look after my clients, from the initial call all the way through until they return home. Making you feel that I care is the most important thing! It’s not only about meeting expectations but exceeding them throughout every point of contact. Whether it be a quick response, finding the perfect holiday, making sure everything is in place or checking in, I do everything I can to make your experience utterly seamless.

Your top tips for travellers:

  • Always have extra bits of hand luggage to get you through a night, such as medication.
  • Take a dry bag for your swimsuit to make the most of your time in the sea.
  • Book in advance – small hotels in the outer islands get busy quickly and interisland flights book up fast (international flights seat 400 passengers; seaplanes only hold a small number).
