Beginning at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, travel to Chobe National Park, Savuti and Okavango Delta. Luxury accommodation awaits you in each spot, nestled right in the heart of the wilderness so you can fully immerse yourself in safari life. Ride a riverboat across the waters zigzagging through Chobe National Park, watch the sunset from your plunge pool in Sadibe Okavango, and enjoy bi-daily game drives across the plains.

Itinerary

Upon arrival in Victoria Falls, you will be met by the Matetsi Guide for a one-hour transfer to Matetsi Victoria Lodge, an award-winning luxury nature retreat. The lodge sits Just 40km upstream from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Victoria Falls, with exclusive access to 55,000 hectares of Matetsi Private Game Reserve. Depending on your time of arrival here, you should be able to enjoy a generous afternoon tea, followed by a sunset cruise.
Your time at Matesi Victoria Falls can be as action-packed as you like, with access to a variety of opportunities. You can enjoy game drives, game walks, birdwatching, boat cruises, amateur fishing and canoeing. At 4PM, you will transfer from Matetsi to the Victoria Falls Station for dinner on the Bushtracks Express. The rejuvenated train travels over the famous Victoria Falls Bridge which was built by Cecil Rhodes in 1905.
In the morning, enjoy a private transfer to Chobe National Park, the second-largest national park in Botswana. The diversity of habitats here provides a home to a staggering array of African wildlife, most notably the impressive, shifting migratory population of more than 50,000 elephants. You’re also likely to see lions, leopards, hyenas, wild dogs, impala, waterbuck, kudu, zebra, wildebeest, giraffes, and warthog. In the evening, settle in at andBeyond Chobe Under Canvas for your two-night stay.
Spend the day making the most of the lodges’ experiences. Enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive, and a photographic boat cruise on the Chobe River. Three delicious daily meals will be included in your stay, along with house wines, local spirits and beers, tea and coffee, and soft drinks.
Enjoy a private transfer to Kasane Airport for your flight to Savute, which sits in the heart of Chobe National Park. Here, you’ll relax into a three-night stay in the luxury andBeyond Savute Under Canvas, a group of semi-mobile tented camps with excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. During your stay, you have the chance to spot a variety of birds, elephants, antelope, lion prides, and thousands of migrating zebra and wildebeest.
After an early morning wake up call, depart on a game drive to explore the park’s wide array of wildlife, and follow with a late breakfast. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, regroup for an indulgent afternoon tea and another game drive.
Fly to Sandibe Okavango via helicopter, admiring the stunning views below as you go. The Okavango Delta is a World Heritage Site, celebrated as the largest inland delta in the world. The rest of the day will be determined by your arrival time. You should be at camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. In the evening, settle into Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge for your three-night stay.
Spend the next few days making the most of all the opportunities in Sandibe Okavango. Enjoy game viewing, fishing, bird watching, or take a guided Mokoro excursion through Sandibe in a traditional dugout canoe. On your travels, you might spot lions, rhinos, leopards, giraffe, hippos, elephants, crocodiles, and countless species of birds. On day 11, your guide will take you to the airstrip for the scheduled flight to Maun in time for your connecting flight home.
